3-Day Turnaround

Turnaround time is crucial for a successful print project. At Royal, we prioritize your printing needs, allowing you to focus on what you do best in your business. One of our keys to success is rapid turnaround times – over 80% of all projects printed in-house are completed within 3 business days. We recognize your time is valuable and are committed to making the most of it! Exceptions to this are made for projects that require a 3^rd party vendor, special-ordered stock, or more than 4 hours of press time.

Overflow Handling

Rather than taking the typical “we’ll get to it when we can” approach, we have proactively created redundancy in our system and put the pieces into place to be able to maintain consistent delivery times throughout the highs and the lows.

Workflow Automation

Our efficient processes and dedicated team ensure that your projects are completed with precision and speed, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality. In order to accomplish this, we’ve integrated various software solutions to automate all the way through from pre-press, to press, to finishing. As needed, we also work directly with clients to simplify the ordering process for unique or complex workflows.

Daily Reporting

Every day, our production team is briefed on the Daily Production List of jobs that must be completed. This serves as a guide to ensure we continue to deliver on our promise for industry-leading turnaround times, and allows us to be one step ahead when the shop floor gets busy!

Free Hardcopy Proofs

Royal’s label printing division offers free hardcopy proofs, allowing customers to see exactly what their finished product will look like before full production. This ensures complete satisfaction and accuracy, making your label printing experience seamless and stress-free. By offering this service, we guarantee that your labels will meet your expectations in terms of color, quality, and design.

Zero-Waste Label Recycling Program

After you apply labels to your packaging, what do you do with the waste liner material?

Customers are often pleasantly surprised to hear that all waste label material created in the manufacturing process is recycled. We shred all of our label waste, and it’s turned into a concrete additive! No other label printer has a program quite like ours.

Now our zero-waste program has been extended to include our customers.

Simply collect your waste label material and send it back or stop by anytime from 8am – 4:30pm and drop your waste in our label recycling bin. It’s that easy! You’ll save the cost of putting it in the garbage and can put the savings toward something more useful.

Having your artwork designed with Royal ensures efficiency and cost-effectiveness, as we can recommend optimal specs for printing. This streamlines the process and ensures your files are press-ready.
