In this edition of Hot Off The Press, we showcase ILSC’s New Student Booklet.
This booklet was designed internally by the marketing team at ILSC. Knowing that it would be used heavily by new students, it was imperative to take into consideration the utility of this booklet. Therefore, rather than creating a traditional saddle-stitched booklet, this booklet was stitched to a presentation folder. This was done for 2 reasons:
- It provides the user with pockets for storing any additional materials and for personalization of the Student Name and Student Number.
- The 9 x 12 folder size ensures that the 8.5″ x 11″ inside pages are protected.
The paper chosen was a smooth opaque paper to provide the finished piece with a clean, modern look and feel.
